Digital Goods

    • All digital products, including e-books, guides, and other downloadable content, will be delivered electronically via email or a direct download link provided upon purchase.

  2. Delivery Time

    • Access to digital products is typically instant upon successful payment. You should receive an email with a download link within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

  3. Non-Receipt of Digital Goods

Physical Goods

At this time, The House of Intuition does not offer physical products. Should this change in the future, our shipping policy will be updated accordingly.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Digital Products

    • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

  2. Online Consultations

    • For online consultations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
